The slow Boil To War

Posted on 16/09/2024 by Daniel

In 1922 the people who watched the fizzled revolt of the Nazi party in Munich shrugged and went about their business. In the early 1930s when the British fascists marched in London the dockers left their work and there were street fights with them. In the late 20s when Mein Kampf came out a baroness in Scotland had it translated into English and sent to every MP in Westminster. By 1933 British visitors to Germany including Churchill and Mitchell (the designer of the spitfire) decided that the Nazis were going to go to war again. For them it began in 1936 with the revolt in Spain.

Today we have Russia and Iran gathering their loins for battle. In started in 1979 with the fall of the Shah and has been gathering momentum ever since. And the seeds o it like all wars will be found in the last world war.
