Darkness is far too light<br \/>\nAnd day too heavy when love\u2019s too distant.<br \/>\nAnd what is the use of waking before<br \/>\nHer if not to watch her face intently<br \/>\nHoping, waking, it is you she looks for<br \/>\nBecause you lie upon her mind, gently?<\/p>\n<p>No dawn breaks as happy as those when she<br \/>\nMoves, opens her eyes, turns and looks for me.<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;<br \/>\nThe book grows.
