In a way bot are saying the same thing but the latter is a warmonger and the former is not. Winning peace is harder than outright winning a war because it encompasses forgiveness. It also starts the historic process of sharing blame &#8211; allied inaction encouraged Hitler in WW2 and allied infighting encouraged Napoleon.<\/p>\n<p>Every fag in the world has blood on it and there will never be a flag that doesn&#8217;t because that&#8217;s what humans are.
