Spent the morning on the Cornish coast in a little cove with the sun shining, the tide out and no one else on the beach. Just me and the dog and the world dying in every corner and as i handles a few of the stones and listened to the waves I thought of how our ancestors sat here, with far more wildlife around, and I mourned our brutality and ignorance. We inherited a planet abundant with living and we have brought it down to an inch of its existence and we still think this is true intelligence.<\/p>\n
The greatest example of intelligence comes when you see how someone treats those over whom they have power.<\/p>\n
