The locals all used to know all the places to park that were free so they could shop\/have something to eat \/ meet up and over the years more and more such places have been converted to charging. The latest I know about is Siblyback Lakes. here is a site you have to drive to, you have no choice, with a pleasant caf\u00e9 now losing money because South West Lakes Trust has decided to charge for parking.<\/p>\n<p>Small minded and ridiculous when there are alternative pubs to go to for a drink and they don&#8217;t charge.
