At the dawn of the cosmos chemicals
\nPrecipitated – and all that was to
\nBe me was there. Hydrogen radicals,
\nSolidifying gases and a few
\nTrace metals bringing on the dawn of the
\nEarth and the colours of the rainbow which
\nMy two brown eyes were created to see
\nAnd the wind with her harmonious pitch
\nWhich my two ears were created to hear.
\nAt the dawn of everything living, part
\nOf me knew, and everything is so near
\nMe now because I was there, at the start.<\/p>\n
At every dawn to come, there I will be;
