Genders

Posted on 03/04/2025 by Daniel

Twenty odd years ago I read medical scientists telling us that male and female was no longer adequate as choices on legal forms. XXX YY XYX all exist in the community and ignoring that limits our own intelligence. Gender dysphoria may not always align with these chromosomal differences and this is the place for discussion of mental health issues and self-identification. Nowhere else.

To give children ideas of gender dysphoria is as ridiculous as giving dolls to little girls and not boys, and guns to little boys and not girls. Throughout our lives there are times when we can handle new ideas and times when we cannot. Mostly, it seems, the latter but childhood is the time when we are hungry for new ideas because we are laying down our survival mechanisms. It is a nonsense to require children to comprehend who they are when even the teachers can be confused by such questions.
