Everybody Has a Story

Posted on 20/05/2024 by Daniel

In the complexities of society every individual has their own trajectory into and out of adversity of one sort or another. We can argue that worrying all night about a billion pound deal and worrying if your child is going to survive the night carry the same weight of stress but it is stress and some of us can handle that better than others.

If the billion deal fails there is always another deal to be made, if the child dies you either fall in to depression or get on with caring for other children. Stress demands choices. But in every story there is equal value in teaching us how broken society is because these events are both inexcusable. On a planet given free and clear to all of us why are we  wasting time making money and in a world where a child that need not die, dies, what are we thinking?

Both these and millions of other events are not isolated, we all cause them.
