Music

Posted on 02/06/2025 by Daniel

Somedays I listen to particular composers and other days the very thought of their music is the very last thing I want to listen to. I have wondered what goes on in the brain with ‘moods’ and thoughts but \i have found I can always look into the poets and find enjoyment but even there I have to feel like a certain poet to really enjoy them. Discovery, of course, in all the arts is a joy and does not depend on my mood but rather makes my mood. I am rarely in need of having my spirits lifted but without words and their inner musicality, life would be endless news. Or, in other words, what the lesser human beings are doing.
